Intelligence Platform
Aletheon turns fragmented information, from live signals to stacks of documents, into clear, evidence-backed intelligence, helping organisations discover hidden patterns, make fair decisions faster, and act with certainty.
Aletheon turns fragmented information into clear, evidence-backed intelligence. Point it at live signals to catch anomalies as they emerge, or at documents to make fair, explainable decisions in a fraction of the time.
Signal Intelligence
Watches operational and infrastructure signals for deviations from normal behaviour, and explains every flagged event in plain language, with the evidence attached.
See anomaly detection →Document Intelligence
Scores documents against criteria you define, ranks the results, and shows the evidence behind every score, so your team can review, override and decide.
Both are built on one principle: nothing is flagged or scored without a reason attached.
This is an illustration of how Aletheon’s detection engine presents what it finds. It watches for deviations from normal behaviour and surfaces them the moment they matter, in language a team can act on immediately, no dashboards full of unexplained numbers, no black box.
Illustrative example: A live view of detected anomalies across a monitored network, ranked by severity and summarised the way you’d explain them to a colleague.
Illustrative example: Each flagged event comes with the evidence behind it: what actually happened, plotted against what was expected, alongside a severity score your team can verify at a glance. Nothing gets flagged without a reason attached to it.
Aletheon Evaluate reads CVs, supplier and contractor packs, tender bids and funding applications, scores each one against a rubric you define, the way a marker works through a mark scheme, and shows the evidence behind every score. Your team reviews, overrides and decides.
Rank applicants against a weighted rubric, with evidence quoted from each CV.
Each bar in the criteria column is one rubric criterion, scored 0–5 with evidence from the CV.
Illustrative example: applicants ranked against a weighted rubric, with the criteria behind each score visible at a glance. Names and figures are fictional.
Score every bid against the specification, flag missing mandatory returnables, and compare functionality with price.
Decisions are based on functionality. Extracted prices and mandatory documents should always be verified against the original bids.
Illustrative example: bids scored against a tender specification, with price shown alongside. Names and figures are fictional.
Check supplier and contractor document packs when you onboard them, then keep watching: expiries and mismatches are flagged before they become a risk.
Documents are re-checked on a schedule and your team is alerted before they expire. Registrations and bank details should still be confirmed with the issuing authority.
Illustrative example: a supplier and contractor register monitored against an onboarding policy. Names and figures are fictional.
Check contractors’ safety and compliance documents before they are allowed on site, with a clear cleared, conditional or not-cleared recommendation for the safety officer.
The access decision stays with your safety officer. Aletheon checks documents and flags gaps; it does not replace site induction or on-site verification.
Illustrative example: contractor document packs checked against a site-access checklist. Names and figures are fictional.
Score grant, bursary and incubator applications consistently against your programme criteria, so panels can spend their time on the strongest candidates.
Each bar is one programme criterion, scored 0–5 with evidence from the application. Panels review, override and decide.
Illustrative example: funding applications ranked against a programme rubric. Names and figures are fictional.
01
Set weighted criteria and mark the non-negotiables as must-haves. Or hand Aletheon a job spec, vetting policy, programme criteria or tender specification and review the rubric it drafts.
02
Every document is assessed criterion by criterion, with a short quote supporting each score. No black box, and nothing scored without a reason attached.
03
See the ranked results, adjust thresholds in real time, override any outcome with your own judgement, then export the results or the shortlisted files.
Scores support the decision, they never replace it. Reviewers can override any outcome.
Each criterion shows what in the documents supports it, so decisions can be explained and defended.
Email addresses, phone numbers and ID numbers can be removed before a document is analysed.
Aletheon flags gaps, expiries and mismatches. Registrations, tax status and bank details should still be confirmed with the issuing authorities.
Currently in pilot with selected organisations.
01
Surface what matters from vast information environments. Aletheon filters complexity so your team sees only what is relevant, exactly when it matters.
02
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities before they become obvious. Stay ahead with intelligence that looks forward, not just backward.
03
Transform uncertainty into confidence with explainable intelligence. Every insight carries traceable reasoning your team can act on and defend.
Mission
Most organisations have more data than ever and less clarity than ever.
Aletheon exists to close that gap. We help leaders see the truth hidden inside complexity, turning information overload into focused, actionable understanding that drives real outcomes. Not noise. Sight.
Tshepang Mogedi
Founder & Managing Director
I have spent most of my career building technology and leading the teams and solutions behind it. My work has grown from software engineering into technical leadership, solution architecture and, increasingly, strategy, delivery and solving business problems.
I founded Aletheon to explore how organisations can turn fragmented data and information into intelligence that helps them understand what is happening, identify opportunities and make better decisions. The long-term vision is an intelligence platform that brings together data, technology and intelligent analysis to help organisations make sense of complexity.
My background gives me a slightly unusual perspective. I understand technology deeply, but I am increasingly interested in what happens beyond it.
The questions that guide how we build
I am particularly interested in technology, business ideas, entrepreneurship, data, AI, strategy, leadership and the experiences that shape how we think about the world.
Tell us what you are trying to understand or decide, and which part of Aletheon interests you. A person reads every message and will come back to you.
